TYP - Week One


Week One is down, and Week Two is well under way!!

For week one I write down all my goals and things I would like to achieve by the end of the 8 week challenge.  See my goals here


My Exercise Plan
  • Yoga (classes & DVD at home)
  • Cross trainer
  • Walks with Paige 
I will do at least one of these exercises each day and I plan on alternating them each week, depending on what else is happening for that week.

For Week One I have done;
~Monday - 45min walk with Paige & 20mins of yoga
~Tuesday - cross trainer (30 mins)
~Wednesday - walked around the shopping centre (the weather was shocking outside!)
~Thursday - baby yoga class 
~Friday - cross trainer (30 mins)
~ Saturday - was out all day so missed exercising :(
~ Sunday - 1hr walk with Brad & Paige

The hardest part about exercising now that we have Paige is getting started!  Once we get out the door or into the gym the rest seems to be fairly easy.  Going on the cross trainer can be challenging when Paige doesn't want to sleep, so Brad developed a contraption so I can rock Paige to sleep in the pram while on the cross trainer...

After all the exercising, I have lost over half a kilo last week, YIPPEE!!  I am feeling great too!
