Me - a guest blogger on Make Bliss Happen!

Yesterday I was lucky enough to be featured on one of my favourite blogs Make Bliss Happen on a segment called Workout Wednesday.




I was invited to write my story about the healthy kick Brad & I started a few years ago.  We started it to feel healthier and get happier, and we both lost over 10kg along the way!


I really enjoyed writing my story and it felt so good to reflect back on the changes we made, the reasons behind it and how it changed our lives.
